The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program instruct on techniques to deal with chronic pain through exercise, medication, nutrition, communication, and more. More info…

Diabetes Self-Management

The Diabetes Self-Management workshop teaches techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress. During the six week program, participants also learn to manage related emotional problems such as depression, anger, fear and frustration. The AADE has recognized DSMP as part of AADE recognized diabetes program. More info…
