Online Disease Self-Management

In an effort to make their self-management programs accessible to more people, the Self-Management Resource Center (formerly Stanfod Patient Education Reserach Center) and partners have translated a number of the CDSM programs into online, web-based workshops. These workshops are administered by the National Council on Aging. The chronic condition programs are referred to as Better Choices, Better Health®, which includes custom programs for diabetes, arthritis and cancer. The program for Caregivers is called Building Better Caregivers.
